We don’t share personal information with third parties unless:
It’s necessary to fulfill a purpose you’ve consented to
The recipient is subject to comparable privacy safeguards

International transfers (IPP 12)
If we transfer data overseas, we’ll only do so to jurisdictions with comparable privacy protections, and/or under contracts that mirror New Zealand’s standards
Unique identifiers (IPP 13)
We don’t assign or use unique identifiers to create profiles of individuals.

Data breach notification
If there’s a breach likely to cause serious harm, we’ll notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner promptly, as required by the Act

We have designated a Privacy Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and handling any enquiries or requests
